Bimini Lures has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for fraudulent charges or privacy policies. You further acknowledge and agree that Bimini Lures shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

 

Return/Refund Policy: Items purchased from www.Biminilures.com can be returned up to 14 days with valid proof of purchase to receive a full refund. This applies to items that are defective or broken. Item must not be tampered with or show signs of prior use.  Cosmetic damage after use is not applicable and cannot be returned. After 14 days items cannot be returned. Return shipping cost are paid by the recipient. We reserve the right to not accept returns on any packages purchased through Bimini Lures.

 

Changes: We (Bimini Lures) reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a 1 revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
